the intuitive - 2 hours
this extended appointment is ideal for clients who haven’t had a haircut in a long time, someone who needs more attention and education as to how to style their hair, or someone with dry or damaged hair that wants to have a full detox + hydrating mask. includes a comprehensive consultation and haircut and style.
The shapeshifter - 1 hour
your classic one hour long appointment that includes a wash and style. good for new clients and existing clients. allows us to have a consultation, set up a plan, wash, cut, and style your hair in a new shape or just to maintain your current haircut
the refresh - 15 mins
fringe trim, undercut, etc. if it can be achieved in 15 minutes, then you can book this slot. hear me out though, this is for current clients who are got their hair cut within the last six months. if it’s been longer than that, send me a message and we can talk about your options.

wash and go - 45 mins
you asked, we added it to the menu. this is for clients who do not feel up to washing their hair and just want a wash and go style. consider it the “blow out” option but for my natural haired friends. you’ll get a wash, style and set up under the dryer so your hair looks fabulous for any event you may have coming up.

-please arrive with clean(ish), dry, detangled hair with minimal product the day of your appointment. Hair doesn’t need to be freshly washed, but avoid heavy buildup of products that might weigh down your texture. Lightly clean hair helps us see your natural movement.

you will receive notifications regarding the booking of your appointment as well as reminders via email.
you have the ability to cancel and reschedule through the fresha app or website. if you don’t cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the system will charge you 50% of the scheduled appointment to your card on file. if you no show, you have to pay for your missed appointment. if you fail to pay either of these fees, you will not be able to rebook until the fees are paid.
emergencies happen. if you are too sick, had child care fall through, had an accident, missed a flight or ferry or train.. please just communicate and typically we can reschedule with no fee.

I’m not a detangling or matting specialist. I do understand that there are case by case scenarios where folks may need more attention for their hair to be detangled. I recommend reaching out to a Loctician who has experience with detangling and dematting. Happy to discuss further via email.

There is one step up through double doors that are PUSH forward to enter.
There are four steps up to a LIFT or STAIR ACCESS. Currently there is no ramp access. Take the LIFT to the first floor.
Exit LIFT or STAIRWELL and turn LEFT, go through TWO swing doors that are PULL. Walk to the end of the Hall and turn LEFT. We are the LAST DOOR.
