you will receive notifications regarding the booking of your appointment as well as reminders via email.
you have the ability to cancel and reschedule through the fresha app or website. if you don’t cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the system will charge you 50% of the scheduled appointment to your card on file. if you no show, you have to pay for your missed appointment. if you fail to pay either of these fees, you will not be able to rebook until the fees are paid.
emergencies happen. if you are too sick, had child care fall through, had an accident, missed a flight or ferry or train.. please just communicate and typically we can reschedule with no fee.

No, we only cut hair for folks 16 and older.

Absolutely. Send me a message prior to your appointment to confirm the date and time of your booking so I can be prepared with my own mask.

we have two cozy chairs and wifi, so if you need to bring your kid or teen with you, they can chill out while you get your hair done.

I’m not a detangling or matting specialist. I do understand that there are case by case scenarios where folks may need more attention for their hair to be detangled. I recommend reaching out to a Loctician who has experience with detangling and dematting. Happy to discuss further via email.

There is a call box where you type in 103 to call my studio. I’ll buzz you in.
There is one step up through double doors that are PUSH forward to enter.
There are four steps up to a LIFT or STAIR ACCESS. Currently there is no ramp access. Take the LIFT to the first floor.
Exit LIFT or STAIRWELL and turn LEFT, go through TWO swing doors that are PULL. Walk to the end of the Hall and turn LEFT. We are the LAST DOOR.
Bathroom Accessibility:
Two bathrooms on the first floor are available with several private stalls.

If you have an accessibility need for a haircut in your home, please reach out and talk to us. We are able to provide this as an option within Glasgow outside of our regular hours
